joinin is from Hamburg and does one thing: websites that answer visitor questions on their own. Recurring questions about trial sessions, fees, courses or opening hours are answered by the assistant straight from the existing website content — concrete enquiries are handed to your team, neatly sorted.

joinin grew out of conversations with clubs and sports facilities in Hamburg: the answers are almost always already on the website — they just cannot be found. Instead of a website relaunch, what is needed is a way to make the existing content usable. That is exactly what joinin is.

We build deliberately step by step: first free pilot phases with real clubs, clear legal foundations (Security & privacy), then regular operation. Binding information is still given by your own organisation — the assistant is clearly marked as AI and answers only from approved content.
